Pan-cancer prognosis-associated cellular and spatial atlas

SpatioCellularRisk is a multi-omics prognosis resource integrating bulk transcriptomes, single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to identify prognosis-associated cellular states and spatial niches. It further combines in silico perturbation and composite evidence scoring to prioritize candidate genes linked to high-risk programs.
